Hotel East Lagoon in Batticaloa is the only standard and star hotel, offering well-maintained rooms with great customer care. The new building rooms are impressive, but the old building rooms need mo (Read More)re maintenance. The view and ambiance are fantastic, though some room-related issues were experienced by guests. Food is good but pricey. The pool and outdoor seating are added attractions. Overall, it is a good value for money option in Batticaloa.
