Superb

Nice location, free breakfast, and good value for the money.

The room was comfy and clean. The location was good very close to public transit stops, so easy access from the airport. Also, you can walk to the Main River and the old Frankfurt city. I also liked the free breakfast.

I wished that there was complimentary tea and coffee inside the room like the hotels I visit in Canada.

My towels were not changed during my stay in the hotel.

Comfortable hotel that is good for shorter stays.

Lovely breakfast Bed was comfortable

Lighting in the room was not great - bed lamps were very dim. The shower in the bathroom sprayed a lot of water all over the bathroom floor. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Nice and clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, helpful staff

The street in front of the hotel is rather noisy if you prefer sleeping with an open window. No kettle in the room and no hot water on the floor

Being honest I spent HOURS looking for affordable accommodation in Frankfurt close to the metro in a safe area so I didn't have to walk far at night and I wasn't wasting my money. HOTEL CULT Frankfurt ticked all the boxes (I'd love a gym) The breakfast was great, my room 215 was fantastic and spacious. Only negative was the wifi was a bit hit and miss and you could hear people when they came back late as it was by the stairs and lift. But that's okay!! Fully worth it great spot for the metro and supermarket across the road and even a short 10 min walk away is a bigger Rewe and a DM. I'd stay again if I needed to!!

My wifi was a bit average and the 24 hour log in was a bit annoying. A kettle, coffee sachet and tea and a bottle of water for drinking would be nice but not essential. Everything else was great.

Clean and comfortable, value for money

Clean and modern. The hotel is across the road from an S-Bahn with direct connections to the Airport and a short enough walk into the heart of Sachsenhausen for bars and restaurants. Overall, a comfy stay with decent breakfast. Good value for money.

Quite area, comfy bed, but no 4* hotel

Easy to reach and really close to a metro station. The personal was really friendly and helpful with everything. The beds were quite comfy and the bath clean. The area is quite and far from noisy districts which is positive.

We had 2 double rooms and although both costed the same, both were completely different in size and therefore comfort. Luckily we stayed just 1 night cause due to the bad isolation and ventilation, besides the lack of space (long room with just 1 side to walk) it would be horrible. This hotel is shown as 4 stars but it hardly reaches the 3*.
