Very good

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

I liked the location next to the train station and all the restaurants close by. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I liked the proximity to Rewe supermarkets. I also liked the comfortable temperature at the hotel.

The only things I didn't like we're the cost of the things in the hotel shop as I think they were too high and some people hanging around close to the hotel at night that seemed too loud.

It's conveniently located next to the train station. The breakfast buffet is great with some unusual choices and lots of vegetarian options.

Our room was located at the back of the hotel and opposite a night club entrance. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs and some sedating night drops to be able to sleep. Or ask for a different room.

Great location and nice room, but the experience was dampened by an issue with cleaning staff taking a personal item.

Had a good stay. The hotel's location is convenient, right in the city center and close to the train station. The room was nice, overall a pleasant experience.

Disappointed with the housekeeping service as my hair serum was taken from my room. This incident was upsetting.

The hotel is really close to the centre

The location where there is the hotel it's not so good as nearly the station their are a lot of different people exchange probably drugs , and you don't feel safe to walk at night , in the morning there is no problem . But in the night after 22:00 is a it scary.

Great!

Excellent location, just one minute walk from main station. Quite at night. Comfortable bed.

Check in machine didnt go so smooth, this process could have done online before the arrival. There was a hair on a bed. I hope they changed to new sheets. Other part were clean.

Exceptional

Very happy!

Everything was great, the room was fabulous and I loved having a little table to sit at. The bathroom was ideal and the shower was brilliant. The breakfast was delicious, really happy with my stay!
