Guests enjoyed the rooftop bar with stunning views and the refreshing pool. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed with comfortable beds. Some guests experienced an issue with mosquitos in their room and suggested the hotel investigate the cause. Overall, the hotel was deemed a great place to stay with excellent amenities.

Excellent

The hotel is in an excellent location walking distance to the train station and the main touristic museums, churches and palaces. The bedroom and the bathroom were fully renovated (RM108), and the breakfast was excellent. The service was superior. I will use the same hotel in a future visit.

They need to complete the elevators renovation as soon as possible.

Excellent. Highly recommended.

Location close to train station. Room was comfortable and spacious, with all amenities available. Gallery a nice addition, albeit a bit small. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff and excellent service.
