Villa Neroli is a beautiful hotel with a nice pool and garden. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are updated. The breakfast is the best among five hotels stayed in Italy. It is a bit far from (Read More)the city center, but the walk is manageable. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the hotel has good services. The only drawback is the cleanliness of the rooms. Overall, a recommended hotel for a comfortable stay.

Front desk staff was excellent but room fell short of expectations

Mosquitoes in December!!! In the room, in the lobby, in the restaurant. I was bit multiple times every day and night. Room description for Deluxe Double Room includes a sofa. It was the reason I chose that room - but only 2 of the 7 Deluxe Double rooms have a sofa. Ours was not one of them so it was a disappointment. The room was uncomfortably hot and the temperature control could not be lowered below 25 degrees. Front desk turned off the heat but the room was still too hot. No AC.

Value for money

The restaurant in the hotel serves good lunch and dinner. The cacio e pepe was one of the best Ive tried in this trip.

A bit far from the city centre and the traffic can be bad. Give yourself 30mins to travel to the city centre. The drainage in one of the bathroom was not working very well but didnt cause much issues.

Amazing stay and look forward to staying again

Amazing hotel. Plenty of on-site parking. Room spacious, clean plenty of tea/coffee. Bed super comfy. Hotel staff very friendly and willing to help with any needs. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked hot and large range of pastries. Gluten free options plentiful. Not too far from centre we actually walked it.

Superb accomodation

Breakfast was great with big selection of sweet and savoury dishes, juices, teas and amazing coffee. Lunch and dinner dishes were also delicious. Room was cosy, big with amazing bathroom, everything was very clean. All the employees were professional and very helpful. Villa is located 20 min away with taxi from historic center. It is surrounded with trees and is in very peaceful area. Great place!
