Fabulous location with super nice people working in reception and I will stay in this hotel again

Great location with lovely staff

There was a bar serving drinks and tapas but it was closed.

Superb

Excellent stay!

Hotel had a very good location, close to central of Zurich. Busses near everywhere, very easy to go places. Walking distance to the Zurich HB station which was great. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were spacious enough. Best price we could find around the prime area which was great. Would definitely book again. Staff were friendly too, and accomodating. Area feels very safe.

Staff forgot to tell us there was a sauna area and facilities. We thought there werent any till the last day, so it felt a bit wasted. I would opt out of the breakfast next time. There are much better options around, for the same price or cheaper actually.

Superb

The location is only 5 min walk from Zurich HB. Bed was really comfy and they assigned connecting rooms as per my earlier request.

I checked in on 1st Jan and the rooms were not ready at 3pm. They were short of staff prolly since it was New Year

Exceptional

Lovely hotel

Perfect location in walking distance of the city center. The cleaning service is extraordinary and they clean the room twice a day. The reception staff is also friendly and providing great support.

The hotel is old but everything else is so good especially the cleaning service. nothing bothered me honestly. Everything was as expected.

The bedroom was well organised and it was good even though we stayed 3 people in one room. The bathroom is old fashioned and needs to be refurbished according to the boutique style.

I asked Booking.Com for a reservation for me, my wife and our daughter (16 y.o.) for a single room including the breakfast (with additional request of extra bed of our daughter). The query through Booking.Com returned some hotels choices with respective prices and we have chosen this hotel. We made the reservation and paid. In the reservation confirmation of Booking.Com, it says that our child (16 years old) can sleep here for no additional charge. Afterwards, I got a message from the hotel stating that our child cannot stay in the same room with us due to Swiss Laws, but they will allow us to stay and they will charge extra 80 CHF from us. I told to the hotel manager that it is not fair and I will escalate this to the Booking.Com. But they did not care and got the payment from us. We want you to know that we do not find this behavior of the hotel ethical. If 3 people cannot stay in the same room due to the Swiss Law, the price of 2 rooms should have been given as a result of the Booking.Com search or alternatively the additional cost information should have been notified to us.

It is difficult to find something to complain about. The hotel was lovely, central, good value for money and the staff were amazing.

I cant think of anything- I liked everything about the hotel- it exceeded expectations

We have a lovely stays and thanks for the teams!

The location is really convenient! Those small gestures of the staff are lovely and my children are so happy for the day and looking forward to check it out after a long day out! (They put the Swiss chocolate on their bears like the bear is holding the chocolate to them).

The wifi isnt working well.
