a) location is very central and even possible to walk around the main central attractions b) breakfast selection is very broad, just could be more vegetables c) staff in the breakfast area was very friendly
a) i feel scammed regarding our lost belongings. Of course this is our mistake that we left it, but hotel did not manage to get it back to us even when i ordered the most expensive DHL option to ship it for us to Tulum. I was given promises and confirmations by the reception manager but actually nothing was done to help us. b) extremely soft bed, i had pain in my back after the stay c) hotel was pretty busy during our stay so it became noisy, but we understand this is not something we can control

Good Location
Central location and easy to get arround.
The buffet restaurant was not to my taste, neither the breakfast. I recommend you consider having your breakfast outside in the nearby bakery or Starbucks. The hotel is not modern, but satisfactory for the price range.

Recommend for location in the (business) centre
Staff, location, and hygiene were impeccable. Really appreciated the rooftop facilities, including the swimming pool, chairs, and spacious lounge.
There was no internet connection throughout the day and night for any of my devices (multiple iPhones and a business laptop). As staff explained to me this was unusual, I was granted access to the premium WiFi networkalbeit in vain.

Great location in Reforma. Super close to the subway system, close to lots of museums, malls, cafs, bars and night clubs. Decent price. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
