Hotel Cap Negret is a big modern hotel with great sea views and direct beach access. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was perfect and the hotel was clean. The location is unbeatable, r (Read More)ight on the beach. The pool was small and always crowded. The beach restaurant had good food. The only downsides were the lack of toilets and the absence of AC in the bar area.

The heating/air conditioning temperature was stuck on 17 degrees and could not be changed which made the room extremely cold The electric kettle did not work

Exceptional

Excellent big hotel with beautiful views over the sea,just outside the lovely old town of Altea. A favourite with professional cycle teams in the winter. The only catering we sampled was the fantastic breakfast. Staff very efficient and friendly. Great value for the standard of this hotel.

The beds - mattresses are so badly soft- my spine was aching the whole day. I could not sleep properly as if you are falling down!

Exceptional

Received an upgrade to sea view a lovely surprise and much appreciated. Food was lovely and all staff very friendly and helpful. A great location on the sea front and not too far to the centre of town.
