Shower kept going hot & cold, would not stay at one temperature, & the hot was scalding!! in the shower over the bath & the box shower, needs updating!!. Cannot set temperature of the air conditioning, so either boiling hot or have it off!
When we came down for the Gala dinner at 2pm on 25th Dec, which the reception at the hotel had said we were entitled to when we telephoned before our trip, & at the reception on arrival we were refused entry by a waiter with a very bad attitude & very bad customer care. He told us to go to reception, when other people were also refused we told him reception had told us we were entitled to this meal & we all told HIM to phone reception which he did then waved us through angrily!! No apology nothing!! It ruined our Xmas day & left us very very angry!! Many other people said they would never go to this Hotel again! We also are considering this!!
Also the first night we took chicken leg which was not cooked properly & was full of blood, had we eaten it we would have been very ill!! On sending back they brought us another which was also red inside! My husband had something else but I did not eat anymore meat that night!!
