Disappointing

Nice hotel but furniture old and suite located feet from very very loud traffic noise.

Very poor. Traffic noise all night n morning. Chemical smells in hallways.

Staff from the valet to breakfast to the rooftop bar. Awesome !!!

7 am wake up from a Hammer drill ( small hand held jack hammer) everyday Tues to Friday. On the outside of my room.oh and City vrew, try scaffolding with guys up and it 8 to 9 hours a day cant even open the shade.40feet of dirt and a new parking deck or hotel rooms not sure what it but from the smell Friday of carpet glue.im thinking hotel. For two hundred dollars a night was not worth the money oh and had two rooms.

Best vacation I have had in a very long time! 10 STARS!!

Location was perfect. It is on the river and close to all of the great places to eat and see. It is pet friendly and that is so important to many of us pet owners. The free daily breakfast was one less thing we had to plan for and the staff was so friendly and wonderful. The Valet parking was fast and great service. There really was nothing about this place that I didnt like. 10 stars all around.

Great location, nice breakfast and attentive staff.

Very loud noises coming from air ducts at night. Toxic smell in the hallway and elevators- they are renovating.

River view, hotel smelled good, and breakfast was good with great service from the ladies working in the breakfast area.

Hard to park when front driveway is full and there is traffic on the main road. Mattress in room felt very worn down and old, offered no support and was lumpy. Probably the most uncomfortable mattress at a hotel weve ever stayed at. The river view was nice but we also had full view of the construction going on next door.

Wonderful hotel with great views of the Savannah River.

Wonderful room with a spectacular view of the Savannah River. Very conveniently located for strolling around the River Street shops & restaurants. Every member of the staff we interacted with were friendly & helpful without exception. The rooftop bar & pool were very nice.

$45 per night for parking was unexpected. Including that information in the Booking.com listing would be helpful.

Outstanding visit!

Location was awesome even with the nearby construction. Wednesday evening Wine and Beer social with heavy snacks(which some made a meal of) was a great start.

Some of the furniture in the living room needs updating.

Home on the river.

The location overlooks the river. The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. Although it was chilly outside, they had a fire pit and heaters around the sitting area. The room size was great with a kitchenette; full size refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes. I loved the fact that the room had a ceiling fan with a remote. Front desk staff was friendly and informative about events that took place in the area.

Construction right outside our window. The noise from traffic and construction was a little annoying. Large as the room was even with the kitchenette, there is nowhere to eat other than the desk and one chair.

The breakfast was good, the hotel is nice in general but we brought our pet and when we made the reservation, it was not specified that pets were allowed under a 75 dollar fee. We were only informed of this when we arrived and checked in. When we tried to ask for an explanation as to why the pet fee isnt mentioned in the booking, the front desk employee was not helpful and had an awful attitude saying that he couldnt do anything about it that we just had to pay. It was not a nice experience to be greeted like that and to have surprise fees like that even for a one night stay.
