We loved this pretty hotel especially furing the holiday season.

Very welcoming and hospitable staff, Dog friendly, dog bathroom baggy station out back, breakfast included, lovely big bar and cozy sitting area in lobby, located on a lovely street near the river, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pubs, and a green park across the street.

Superb

Comfy and relaxing stay during a busy working buiness trip.

The location of the hotel was perfect to access the busy River street, also the free breakfast and laundry room were a big plus for me. The suite its self was always clean and had everything i needed for a 2 week business trip.

The bathroom could do with being updated but wasn't an issue all was in working order just a little tired.

Good

Loved the city, tours, and staff, but came home tired.

Very good breakfast- variety and taste. Great location for walking in historic district and river walk.

Room privacy was horrible- outside window was busy sidewalk and street. Was told had city view but with blinds open all walkers and car traffic could see in our ground floor room. Bed was most uncomfortable- big sinkhole in middle and lumpy as well as pillows.

Could have been better

Basically clean. Close to River street. Beds were ok.

The parking lot for the hotel was small and there was no room. There is a public parking garage two blocks away and it cost $25 a day. No valet. I booked a room with two beds. My friend and I were tired and travel weary. Got to the room. One bed. Had to go downstairs again with luggage in tow. Desk clerk said you booked a standard room so you get what is left. Then says we do have a room with two beds. I thought well why didnt we get that room first? Not impressed with the value, $246 for one night? No.
