Big room, a lot of seating options Quiet and the Bed was comfortable The person in the morning I did the checkout with was very nice

Level of cleanliness - Bathroom was dirty, the Lysol wipe was yellow after going over the toilet, spatter on the mirror, the bed cover had stains and the carpets need a deep clean too. In the morning at the checkout I learned that the clerk from the day before I checked in with booked me as a no show and put therefore an extra charge on my card - disappointing. Not a biggie or a need but a nice to have: complementary breakfast or coffee/hot water station during the day Standard continental Breakfast would have been 12$ Overall I had much better experience with other budget hotels of that kind.

The location was convenient, the one young lady who welcomed us, I do not have her name but she was a rather petite young lady with long hair, was professional and friendly. The supervisor was assisting this young lady on our last morning as we checked out, Tuesday morning, and she was quite nice and professional.

The night shift person when i needed assistance, standing over by the bar, flipping through her cell phone, when I asked what traffic is like as we needed to drive to the Westin in the morning to get to our SHRM conference, she was rude and obviously did not want to be bothered. she had a couple people at the bar but she was not serving them. she was standing on the end of the bar flipping through her phone. She 90% looked at her phone, coldly answered, well I mean it is traffic. Monday morning, schools are in, its going to be busy. That was not helpful at all! 2. They didn't provide any fresh towels wash clothes or make the beds on the next day of our stay. We stayed 2 nights. 3. my coworkers room had what appears blood stains he reported on his mattress and the next day when he returned someone had been in his room and flipped up a corner of his bedding on the bed he did Not sleep on, exposing more blood stains. No one addressed the issue. Did not make the bed he slept in nor gave him fresh towels. My coworker did have to switch rooms at that point because it was very disturbing.

No outside light on in parking lot in front rooms has no blanket no breakfast only for diamond members price was higher than booking gave me even with taxes

Employees were nice and helpful.

Having to wait an hour to check in because rooms werent clean. Didnt have any available. So my daughter and I had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Along with others. Not okay.

Overall for a 3 night stay it wasnt bad considering I was out most of the time. The breakfast wasnt bad and the staff

Property is conveniently located near everything. Driving was very minimal

The toilet in my room didnt work properly and there was roaches. The mini fridge was unstable in its location and the ice container was without a liner and melted all over the counter. There was a shortage of wash clothes so I had to wait for laundry. Wasnt a fan of the carpet in the room but it wasnt a problem.
