Exceptional

Would absolutely stay again

Our room was great, the location was perfect. Close enough to walk to Assembly Hall, The Ryman, Broadway and still know we were in a good area. I loved being just a few blocks away where it was more quiet. We were also very close to bicentennial park, we walked to Nashville's Big Bash.

We slept in most days after being out on Broadway, I would have loved if breakfast stayed open a little longer. I was able to get coffee each morning in my room and in the lobby.

Easy walk to Broadway and quiet nights

Breakfast was excellent and the happy hour was a treat we did not expect!

The ONLY complaint we would have is how long it took to get hot water in the bathroom. Once the water finally warmed up, the shower and water in the sink was great

Had a great time

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Check in process was difficult, valet was difficult. Valet attendant seemed put out to help me get something out of my truck.

Everything to be great, but it was not

Location. Good breakfast

Nobody came to clean the room on one night. Cold shower on 2 nights. Very noisy on the rooms facing the street. Short circuit on the usb by the bed at 11pm

Exceptional stay. Associates went above to give good service

Breakfast was great! One day it was biscuits and gravey with eggs. Waffles, cereal and different breads. Other day was eggs, ham, bacon with all others.
