Hotel is clean, but how the valet service is ran, we will not stay at this property again.
Super easy and quick walk to Bridgestone Arena, even with freezing temperatures. Hotel was clean and was fairly quiet for being in the midst of downtown Nashville.
This property pretty much required you to park in their valet, which is $45/night. Staff was very adamant that public parking was not safe, and enforced valet. Whenever it was time for us to check out and call for our vehicle, valet staff had not shown up to work. The front desk attendant had no idea what to do and just started handing us our car keys. She had no clue on where to instruct us to go look for our vehicles. Several customers, including ourselves, were having to go find our car in their garage, fetch our own vehicle, and was STILL required to pay the full valet amount. Luckily, we didnt have any dents, but people we were waiting with had dents on their vehicles. We personally will not stay at this hotel again simply because of how they run their valet service.

Valet parking. More of a nuisance than a service to my family and then had to pay for it. ??? Why? Breakfast area didnt have enough room, seating.

Spacious Room close to Broadway however the hotel needs updating.
The size of room, the breakfast, the location, and the common areas for visiting with friends.
The property is in need of updating. Most of the upholstery is worn and cracked. The man at the front desk "Russell" told us we did not have a reservation and I had to call Booking.com. This happened at the same hotel with the same man in July. It would be great if they had complimentary water all day in the lobby as well.

Staff was very friendly, room was nice and clean.
Breakfast t was awesome. Make your own waffles were the best I ever had.
Could have a little better variety of cereals for kids.
