Review 1: The pool and hot tub were great, but the initial room had food trash everywhere. They were able to change rooms, which was fine. The coffee tasted like water and the breakfast options were (Read More)limited. However, the beds were comfortable and overall stay was good, with some stains on the ceiling. Bringing your own food is recommended. Review 2: The Holiday Inn Express in North Conway was a perfect last-minute choice. The staff was helpful, especially when extending the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a suitable home away from home. Despite not being a luxury accommodation, it served its purpose well for the stay in NH.

Overpriced.

For $250 per night I expected to be wowed. I was not. The breakfast was good and the attendant was very efficient. There s/b a tip jar in appreciation of his service. The charging station on the table does not work. An easy chair for reading in the room would be a logical addition. There was space for one. The electronic entry keys for my room and the woman across the hall were touch and go. I don't believe I received $550 for (2 nights) worth of accommodations.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location is excellent. We loved the pool and hot tub.

Can not really answer any questions because we were greeted by the desk person telling us they had no room for us and handed us a piece of paper and told us the drive to their sister hotel. The Green Granite Inn. Staff was pleasant room was tired and neglected. Upon checking the website for this hotel I also noted that their rates were much lower than what we had paid. It was a disappointing experience. First time I have used booking.com. Will not use it again. Have stayed at other Holidays Inn Express locations with good luck. Will not use them again either. Reached out through our confirmation numbers and sent an email to The Inn since that were it directed me. Did that on the afternoon of 10/18 when all his occurred. Have not heard back from them
