Just a quick overnight after a long days drive. Situated near the airport, but a quick run into Boise if needed. It is a holiday in express, so pretty standard

Disappointing

Decent; usually good.

Breakfast was decent. Room was quiet. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately, not much good to say about this visit. Have stayed here several times before so I know this visit was an aberration, but based on this visit alone would not return.

Check in: it was late, after the front doors lock at 11pm. Rang doorbell many times, knocked on outside windows, called. several minutes before we were helped. Then, in the room, the blackout blind was broken. Could not raise it up. Bathroom was dirty. Housekeeping came SEVERAL times after we told them we were taking late check out. Couldn't take the hint. Shower door didn't shut all the way.

Coffee in room was only decaffeinated

The breakfast wasn't available when we departed at 4 AM.

The building was very loud. We had only a few hours there to rest before a long trip. The room above us had alot of noise in it. So much it was impossible for us to rest. Front desk told us too bad. The people in the room can make as much noise as they wanted until 10PM. I will never stay there again!
