HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Rude employees didnt get what we asked forneeded two beds in a room and got one bed. My people had to sleep in the floor and the clerk charged my card before he told us he didnt have any double rooms and then said he couldnt refund our money!!!! Horrible experience!!!! Will never stay in a holiday inn express again!!! B

There were some kind of flying insects in my room. Like a small fly or gnat, almost left.

Cleaner room, not up to IHG standards. I only stay at Holiday Inn when I travel.

Staff needs training

Facility was great

Four people stayed in the room. Room had three towels. I asked for additional towel and wash cloth. They asked for my room number as if I was lying or was going to steal their cheap towel. Got to room. Towel they gave me was dirty. Next morning another guest asked for coffee to be refilled. Front desk said go find someone in kitchen - as if she hadnt tried that.

We were awake by construction workers. That felt that it wasn't important to use a wedge or something to hold the door open, while he brought equipment into the room next to and down the hall. He just allowed the door to same against the security stop. When confronted, he said "the stuff is heavy and it is what it is ". I went to the front desk and reported the problem. No apology and dismissive. We will say something to him. We left early.
