The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort is a nice resort with comfortable and well-appointed rooms. However, one drawback is the lack of insulation in the walls and ceilings, as guests can h (Read More)ear every step and conversation from the upstairs neighbors. This became especially bothersome when the neighbors woke up at 4am.

Very good

Great value for a family vacation stay.

The pools were heated when we went in November 2023. The slides were great and the hot tubs were perfect for cool evenings outside. A couple of grocery stores nearby and lots of places to eat not too far away. Everything requires a car to get to. No public transit.

The suite had few dishes so we had to continuously wash dishes. Pillows in the living room would have been welcomed.

Awesome!

Huge comfortable nicely decorated condos with well-stocked kitchens. Also loved that there was a restaurant on property, good food , nice staff.

Would be nice if the restaurant could stay open later than 8 PM on weekends.

Exceptional

Excellent two-bedroom suite with well-appointed kitchen. The pools were great.

Two bedroom apartment (newly refurbished) was perfect for our family stay. The apartment was very well appointed and was excellent value for money. Lots of helpful extras included in the room - coffee, milk pots, condiments, hot chocolate, washing powder- all helpful for our stay! The pools, gym, games room and hot tub were great. Everything was very clean and well presented. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Cafe options in Market place were a little limited.
