Superb

It was nice and clean. The room size was perfect and the bed was comfty.

I didn't like the fact there was no parking space and a destination fee. I wasn't given all the amenities in included in the destination fee package. I felt that was a rip off.

Great stay, clean hotel, and very friendly staff. Just a few recommendations that would improve the stay.

Love the location! Perfect walking distance to ASU, great restaurants and fun activities in Tempe.

Somethings that could be improved is the food in the restaurant. Service was great but food needs improvements. Ice machine was broken on our floor inconvenience. There is no fan in the bathrooms. The roof top bar should be open all week and stay open late.

Cozy room in a busy noisy city

The room was gorgeous, cozy bed with feather type pillows, great location to shopping and food. Beautiful hotel and great valet service. The waterfall shower was very enjoyable. The room decor was so lovely and calming.

Noisy street sounds day and night, sirens, motorcycles, the train, airplanes flying. Asked to check in between 3-4, upon check in at 3:30 they said no rooms available we have to wait, kept us waiting until 4:45, no compensation for late check in. Went to hang out in the restaurant which was open but no staff in the entire place, disappointing.

The stay was good. Staff was very friendly! Could improve the list above.

Love the location! Great never had to take the car any where.

I didnt like that the bathrooms did not have a working fan in them. The rooms A/c could have worked better. One last recommendation is the food at this location needs improvement. Not great very expensive!
