Our stay was excellent!

The room was clean and had plenty of space. Staff were very friendly.

I think there should be more elevators.

Nice

The movie night at the pool was nicethe toddler playground was nice too.

The staff had some POS issues. I was charged multiple times for food I purchased at the pool but my bank took care of it. The hot tub was out of order during our stay, too.

I liked the fragrant air as I walked the pathway, at Flora Gardens!! Flowers and shrubs were beautiful!! Kelly, in Concierge, is an asset to the Desert Oasis
