Comfortable and good location

Shower was horrible. Bad water pressure and the water didnt turn off all the way.

Great location, not the best hotel

Location is great.

If the hotel would honor what was reserved and have working facilities it would be great. We reserved two rooms double beds in both. When we got to the property they didnt have two double bed rooms but said that they would give us a free breakfast. Front desk misquoted when the breakfast ended. We showed up at 9:55am and were unable to get breakfast because it closed at 10am (not 11am like we were told at the front desk). The first room smelled like cat urine. The second room had a toilet that wouldnt flush. Overall, not a great experience.

The bartender was amazing! He was attentive and very professional. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he worked the evening of December 2, 2023.

The faucet in the tub just spun around when we attempted to use it. It was extremely hard to turn the water in and off.

Very good

The woman working at the bistro was incredible. She made me a couple of burgers at a few minutes prior to close time and had an amazing attitude and willingness to do it. Then 8 or so hours later I came down to the bistro to get a coffee and she was working again and again had a great attitude and was pleasant. I appreciate her hard work and good attitude. I hope your company recognizes that shes an amazing person.

The bistro was a bit expensive. The pool temperature was too cold and pool surround was extremely slippery.

Superb

great stay would stay again, but would call 1st to the hotel to make sure everything was working

loved the location, close to restaurants, the pool was great

the hot tub was not working very very disappointed, that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, the kitchen had many problems with equipment not working but staff were awesome in getting breakfast, the front desk staff were wonderful but the manager/office person should learn to smile and work on making his guest fee welcomed, not bother by questions when we were told to go into the market for drinks our first morning with the breakfast problems

Disappointing

Don't stay here

We love the fact that it was close to water country.

When we checked in i was told that we have tge breakfast packages and that the pool would be close tomorrow for clean put they would possibly try to open it up later in the day for use. Then I was told to come throw another door that was further from our room. Ever being told that the Entrance that is closer to my room was broken. When we came in the room we noticed that it was very small for the price. The next morning the coffee machine in the room wouldn't work. I call down stairs for help and they just told me to get coffee from down stairs. When we finally made it down there was no coffee and they were out of everything for breakfast. First stating that the burns went out and next that they truck never bought the food. My husband was so annoyed that we just said let's go buy breakfast. That day it was raining really hoping they open up the pool but they never did. When I use about one there towel I notice the towel had a long black hair on it. That was disgusting. We will not be staying here again.

Not what I expected and pay for

Well located.

Did not worth the money I payed. They gave me a different and smaller room than the one that I was offer by information and a picture in this app. I felt cheated!!!
