Rooms are nice, the location too,

my low service rating relates to the fact that Hilton is an international hotel chain and I find it an imposition that I can't even take a glass of wine from a lounge because it's not kosher, or so Paid $560 per night for a room with lounge access and only fish is served for 7 days. I would expect an international hotel to allow guests from all over the world to bring a glass of wine to their room or to give them something other than fish to eat instead of having unnecessary discussions with employees who think everything has to be kosher. really a joke

Reception team are nice. But everything takes very long. We had to ask three times for towels for the sea. As the towel team refused to give us. The hotel is clean, but can be better

Swimming pool, beach site, room, lobby bar.

When I arrived I've asked receptionist if I need to provide any details of my friend who was joining later, at 5am the next day. He said I don't need to do anything about it. Well, apparently I had to. I had to wake up at 5am to go and confirm his details. The next day I've asked receptionist to point me which exit should I take to go to the center. They've told me to ask Concierge - well, won't hurt him to point finger to main exit. So that in my opinion reception desk is a minus of this hotel.

we had a great time in Tel Aviv-Yafo but I probably wouldnt recommend this Hotel

great location on the beach with a great pool and beach club. breakfast included in the rate and incredible buffet.

service pretty chilly and the room had a musty moldy smell. I complained and the staff was not very sympathetic. they tried to address but didnt really make a difference. we had two rooms for three nights at about $600 US per room per night so I really think it should be nicer for this price.
