One reviewer had a great experience at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, finding the rooms clean, breakfast fantastic, and location perfect. Another reviewer praised the excellent shower and ser (Read More)vice, and expressed a desire to stay again. A third reviewer had an overall fine experience, but had issues with noise from the room. The fourth reviewer enjoyed the pool and atmosphere, but found the food overpriced and had problems with the air conditioner. They did receive compensation after contacting the manager, but were unsure if they would return.

Poor

I would not recommend this hotel as it is not as good as expected for a 4-star hotel.

Location is okay

The quality of the mattress was very poor. The entrance door was not locked during evening time. The front desk system was low.

Superb

Satisfactory.

Beautifully decorated -- very cozy lobby with fireplace. The gal at Starbucks was the best -- friendly, efficient, awesome people skills -- she made me want to come back every morning!

Staff was cordial, but not friendly, not negative, not bad, just not welcoming or friendly. No one greeted me when I first entered the property or any time I left or came back to the property over 5 days. On the day of checkout, the front desk dis say Good Morning. It felt a little odd... Housekeeping was OK...every day they seemed to have forgotten something...coffee stirrers, replace glass, replace coffee cup, replace a handtowel. They did not have a keen attention to detail.

Clean but not comfortable

Clean nice and dark for keeping out the sun and great location

The walls were extremely thin, thin enough I could hear the conversation happening in the next room when I was in the bathroom. That is a huge negative. The wood in the ceiling kept making a cracking sound. Shower head was too low. A/C wouldn't stay on and got uncomfortably warm.

They advertise as a spa and have no spa facility total false advertising no food they charge 26 a person for continental breakfast and non of the staff could comunicate or knew what they were doing

Exceptional

The pool was awesome. We stayed here just to have a little get away before school started for our son. Rooms were very clean and nice. They had a bar and some restaurants on site which was nice. We would stay here again

They have an amazing front yard in the hotel. I wish they had these trees and grass in their main yard. There is a very tiny area around the pool. As a business meeting place it works great, for leisure its not that amazing
