Housekeeping was a mess, they only did the bed. Nothing else, the room still untidy, with the ironing board and the iron left as I had left it after use. No replenishment of the coffee sachets. Bin was not emptied. The carpets by the passage way to our room was dirty. Very, very disgusting and disappointing

Great stay but Hilton can do better

Big family room, with pool. Was really comfortable and relaxing.

Small things, you dont have unlimited wifi. For a Hilton hotel I expect wifi without limiting me to 5MB. Another tip, do not charge guests staying over for parking! If you need to, add it into the room rate. I was offended paying parking for a hotel Im staying over with no other means of alternative parking. It was just weird.

Excellent location, room and breakfast but parking needs to be fixed

Location is excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and linen were top notch. Breakfast spread and service were also world class.

front desk staff not so friendly. The biggest issue with the hotel is the parking. Front staff should tell guests that parking is not free. One is under impression parking is free and so guests leave without paying and this causes problems at the exit boom, where there is always a car jam of people who havent paid for parking causing unnecesary delays and irritation. I stayed for one day and there was 4 traffic jams at the exit boom due to this.
