Very good

We like the proximity to the stadium (as we don't drive) so walking is a good distance.

The breakfast buffet. the proximity to the basket ball stadium . the friendliness of the front desk staff and porters. Generally all the staff we came into contact with.

the lock on the door was a bit faulty.

excellent stay if we cruise out of Miami again we will stay at your hotel for the days before crusin

Room was perfect, i always choose Hiltons because i am guaranteed a high end hotel with comfort and cleaniness. The location was very good as we were close to the port and were taking a cruise.

I would have liked a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the cab drive is a rip off and the drivers not friendly at all
