Great place to stay, friendly staff, but some of the floors need updating.

The breakfast was fantastic as was the Executive Suite offerings of cocktails and appetizers every evening. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

We were on the 18th floor, upgraded to an Executive suite which was very spacious. However, the entire floor smelled like mold. Our room as well smelled of mold and both my husband and I felt ill progressively during the four nights we stayed there.

Very comfortable and welcoming.

The hotel was wonderful. Staff were exceptional - kind and efficient. Room was large and comfortable. Large bed was indeed a large bed rather than two singles, power by the bed, Aircon quiet and effective. Bath and shower. Great location - can walk to center. Just great.

A small amount of mould on the bath sealant. That's about it. I'm not sure I've been in a hotel where there hasn't been a small amount of mould somewhere.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and the wait staff were very helpful and friendly.

Road to the hotel was always busy and congested.

Location was good, also the bath tab. I got a good service generally form all staff.

TV wasn't Smart, so I expected to see on TV some youtuve and staff but wasn't possible. I wonder if someone from oversea still watches normal TV channels. Anyway.
