Review 1: The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The owner, Sunny, went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Highly recommended for any occasion. Review 2: Decent stay, but receptionist (Read More) was not attentive. Room was decent, but had a noise complaint. Breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, an average stay for the price. Review 3: Excellent service from Sunny, who accommodated my request for a first-floor room. Quick check-in and check-out. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Review 4: Comfortable and quiet stay. Good location. Breakfast was lacking, but it was free. Surprised by a service charge. Overall, happy with the stay. Needed $100 deposit that I was not informed of until I arrived. Also, I was not given a veteran's discount even though I gave my veteran's ID. The room was shabby.

The location was great. It smelled very clean and the staff was polite.

The king size bed in pur room was rather uncomfortable and the pancake maker was broken. Breakfast was the same.both days.

This was a surprise for my wives 50th birthday. Short drive to the Dells and reasonably priced.

Staff was very nice and where attentive to our needs.

Good

Could not get any TV service. No local stations TV was very difficult to access and the desk was not helpful but the desk help was courteous. Could not resolve my problem.
