The pool and hot tub were great! The hot tub was very warm, the pool was just the right temperature and very big! The in room tub was massive and fit 2 full grown adults laying down.
The room lacked basic things that typically come with this kind of rental. There was a full kitchen. However, there were no extra garbage bags or cleaning supplies. There was also no salt or pepper or coffee filters. (we were required to clean the unit ourselves and take out the trash. Did they expect us to buy these things ourselves?) The front desk lady told me she would only be there "occasionally", so if we needed anything, we'd need to call a maintenance number and leave a voice mail. Not very helpful when our satellite TV went out for almost an entire day. It wasn't the worst resort we've ever been to, however for how much we paid, I am disappointed. Would I stay again...probably not.

It was ok. Its been 25 days and our deposit is still pending. Office is supposed to be open until 5. Was closed 330p
The convenience of being near the Dells
It smelled very musty and the office never had the required fireplace logs in stock

The confusion of when we could check in after I called and the sink drian in the kitchen was jacked up from the idiots before us so it was hard to do the dishes

Condo was nice but not as equipped with essentials as I had hoped.
Rented this one so the grandkids could enjoy the outdoor pool area. We were unable to use it as it was filled with bugs.

After complaining staff did get me better accommodation without a chanarge so ultimately was a decent stay
Lake was beautiful and in good area
First condo was dirty, outdated and didnt look anything like the pictures on booking .com

The facilities at the resort were great.
Our place to stay was not as nice as the listing. There was dirt and debris in the furniture and our feet were black after walking on the floor.

great place, a few things that could be improved but overall solid value. will be back!
great for families with little kids! we liked having both the outdoor and indoor pool options depending on weather.
the stairs need to be replaced as well as the mattress
