I liked the Christmas decoration and the Christian music in the lobby. I liked the rustic lodge decoration and ambiance. I liked the fire and the fireplace. I liked the Gideon Bible inside my room. After I told the general manager that I liked the Christian music in the lobby, she changed the music to a generic kind. I did not appreciate her changing the music . I liked the breakfast. I liked the location. I liked the complimentary tickets to Chula Vista Lost Rios Indoor Waterpark. In general, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I hope that they don't change the lodge decor to something generic and without character. It's perfect the way it is.

I did not like that the general manager changed the Christian music after I complimented the music and the ambiance: traditional and family oriented.

Clean hotel with a great breakfast and sauna with free access to Chula Vista water park.

Great breakfast in the morning with plenty of options - including hot breakfast options like eggs, sausage, hash browns, pancake maker. Indoor pool area is great with a pool with basketball hoops, a children's play area, and a sauna/hot tub. Hotel also has a game room/bar area with a pool table, darts, and other games.

Disappointing

We won't stay again.

Location and view out our window was the only positives of this stay.

Our fan on the heat was so loud it sounded like a truck with no exhaust reving up.

We were there for the Wisconsin Dells Christmas Dinner show. for one night. Your staff was great.

I always stay at AmericInn. It is my first choice, most of our stays have been at the Manitowoc AmericInn for the past 19 years. This will be the second time staying here. very good.

Everything worked out for my wife and me. No reason to complain. It should have a smiley face and not sad face. The only thing.

Breakfast is always good!

They didn't tell us that the chula Vista would be closed during our stay, and we were looking forward to those passes for our girls. So we had to pay an extra $140 for day passes to the wilderness. If we would have known that we wouldn't have access to Waterpark passes for the kids, we wouldn't have stayed there.
