The room at Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Airport/Westshore is described as lovely, and the bartender service is praised. However, the dining room waitress provided terrible service. The reviewer had to ge (Read More)t their room key replaced three times within a two-night stay. They were disappointed to find out that there was no lunch available on weekends and there were no nearby dining options. The pool was enjoyable but was not heated, and the lounge chairs could use an update.

Very nice, great service staff

Staff very helpful and great customer service skills, very attentive to my needs, i went with dad his 83 had back surgery and they tried to accommodate us to his comfort,

I wasn't given the handicap room i reserved, but they were very helpful thought to accommodate us

This was supposed to be a good weekend for my husband cause it was his birthday and we was out celebrating, had tickets

Room clean and the pool

That I paid for the room on booking.com and then they told me I didnt when I did so we only stayed one night because they kicked us out, didnt ask if we could use a different payment or if we can make the payment when we leave the hotel the next morning, they locked us out our room, right when we came out from the pool and we had to us our key to get back in so they seen us at the front deck and couldnt say something to us so we went up and the key wouldnt work so I told him to let me in my room to get out stuff and I wont be staying there again.
