Pleasantly surprised

I've been to many hotels that are "close to the airport." This one was the best of them. I was so pleasantly surprised! I know it says "Suites" in the title, but still. The hotel was literally 5 minutes away from the airport, a lot of stuff (restaurants, gas stations, stores...) where walking distance around the place, and the room where really great. But the top notch was the staff at the entrance, very professional, to the point, very patient and welcoming. I very much enjoyed our stay there.

I didn't like that I only booked 1 night there, checked in at 11pm, and left the next day at 8 am to catch our plane :D. I wish I had more time to try the whirlpool, swimming pool, and other potential facilities in the hotel.

Very good

Staff did a great job especially with it being the 3 days leading up to Christmas (add in the Bowl game and NFL game in the same period).

I understood that the Sheets and Towels wouldn't be exchanged but every other day but I did expect that the trash and replacement coffee cups daily. Also we had a Handicapped room, the couch was setup in such away that you couldn't see the TV. As a matter of fact the only way to watch the TV was to be on the bed.

Location was great 5 minutes from the airport and close to restaurants and malls.

We stayed 4 nights and room service never came to make the beds, change the towels or throw the trash. I had to go to reception the last night to request room service and they said they were going to request a ticket and that I was always welcome to put the trash outside the room in the hallway. What kind of response is this? I thought that was part of the stay.

Very comfortable sleep. Exceeded expectations

The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Fairly well sound proofed from other guests. Reasonable selection for breakfast. Good location. Staff polite, friendly and helpful. Happy to return.

Short and sweet for one night. the staff was great!

Front staff was great! Breakfast was okay. Better than regular continental food.

Cleaning outside the room, the common area needed to be attended more.

I picked this place because of shuttle service to get to and from airport. I liked the shuttle hours Shuttle was prompt. Front desk staff was great and helpful.

Carpet in our room needs to be upgraded. It looks old and and makes the room dark. Maybe upgrade the sofa also.
