The hotel is conveniently located 15 mins from downtown.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There was a lot of noise coming from the mini fridge and the central air.

All in all a pleasant stay.

Location, price and very very clean

Better directional signs would be helpful. The pre-paid breakfast was odd. You werent allowed to get your own food. That was uncomfortable. Lots of employees hanging out at the front desk.

Very confusing and frustrating stay.

Breakfast was confusing. We had breakfast included but you could only get either hot or cold breakfast. I you chose to order a hot breakfast you had to pay extra for fruit since that was part of the cold breakfast. Ridiculous

We were checked in room that the heat was not working. We got moved to another room. When went to new room, the key didn't work. The front desk person come up to let us in and walked in on guest in that room. Then had they had to go get another room key and move to another room. At least he knocked on the door this time to make sure no one was in there.

Staff was amazing

The staff was amazing. We had trouble with Booking.com not paying them and with my confirmation that I paid Booking.com they took care of calling Booking.com allowing me to enjoy my time in Cincinnati.

My only complaint was there weren't enough lights in the room. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience. I had bought the bed and breakfast package which was a little confusing initially, but they were able to explain it to us when we got there.

Lots of other people were complaining at the desk; this was one of my least favorite hotel experienc

Things I did NOT like!! Room was not available at check in time When we finally got the room 7:30 pm, the floor in entryway was sticky. Room 209 was noisy I believe due to heating / air conditioning units on roof outside our window.

Disappointing

The staff were very friendly

The first room we checked into had a bad smell and the toilet was clogged. We got moved to a different room which smelled a lot cleaner but the bathroom was not very clean - their was hair all over the floor Im guessing from a previous guest and the shower door did not close.

For the price, wont stay again

Property was very clean and staff was very friendly

Damaged hook in my bathroom and burned out lightbulbs in room. No shower gels provided, only a tiny bar of soap to use at sink and shower. When room was reserved, I selected a room with included free breakfast but they said they could not verify that and we had to pay. Charged me more than the quoted Booking.com price (which did include all taxes and fees)
