Nice lodging but a shuttle to downtown Charlestown would have been nice.

The person who checked us in originally gave us a room without a balcony which we opted for in our reservation, so we went right back to the front desk to rectify the issue and there was nobody at the desk. After waiting for roughly ten minutes and looking for someone I called the main number for the hotel and the same person who gave us the wrong room appeared from a back room and answered the phone. I explained the issue and she gave us the correct room. The only other thing that disappointed us was no shuttle to downtown Charleston. We did see one parked outside but were told that it was for the Marriott next door and one isn't offered for Hilton customers.

Superb

Impressed by the five star view from our balcony!

Our room was very nice with a fabulous view of the harbor. We ended up spending some nights sitting on our balcony instead of going out because we couldn't find any views that beat what we had right outside our room! The screen door was a very welcome surprise.

The lobby area was a little disappointing. Considering the location I would expect a more scenic view of the harbor. Instead, it was crowded and noisy, especially in the morning.

Our room had a nice view of the water just enough that we did not have to pay extra.

Was not informed that we had to ask for the room to be serviced and was supprised that it was not. Talked to the front desk and they did ask if we wanted it to be services and we declined (should not have to ask as its normal expections). Were offed fresh towles. The part i disliked the most was having to go down and ask for coffee each morning (my choice). i beleive the computer system needs some upgrading, each time we went to the front dest the CSM was jumping from one terminial to another trying to assist the customer. This led to long wait times to be assisted. Keep hearing the system is not working or its being slow. in the pantry it would be nice if they posted prices. I relize its hotel prices but this would help deciding if we wanted to purchase anything. However the front staff werre very nice. A PLUS for anyone is the free parking, which is on reason we choose this hotel.

Very good

Overall clean and location good .

It was mostly clean . A lot of noise late on weekends . I guess to be expected . Sounded like someone was sick in the hallway throwing up . Was disappointed no room service didnt know u had to request it and no one told me until I had to call down for a replacement blanket cause of a stain from Previous guest . And they took a whole day and had to call down again for it . And room smelt musty .
