Smooth and pleasant

Check in process was smooth; room was spacious and clean.

The continental breakfast was pretty sad. We decided to just go get breakfast somewhere else. The staff was pleasant but not friendly or welcoming. That was a bit disappointing. It makes a difference.

Perfect location

Ok so the girls up front was cool as hell! They were professional but so down to earth, loved Jessica and the other young lady with the glasses. I was doing a surprise birthday for my man and they help me set it up. The room was great ! I know this hotel should have built a bigger window to view the bridge. Food was great! Location great! Everything just great!

Everything was good, I know they need to fix that ice room, it was leaking everywhere! And it was hot as hell in there too.

If you can get a good deal it works.

Breakfast, free parking, ease of unloading. Kitchen staff were very nice and friendly.

Pool was very small and had a green tint to it. Front desk staff were OK. Nothing special.

SpringHill had no communication with bookings.com I had to contact them made reservation thru bookings.com got there could not find reservation under confirmation number I was given by bookings.com..after paying for another room I found out bookings.com had put name in wrong. Both places should be able to find booking better when it was really booked there.

Very nice stay. Breakfast was good. Clean hotel. Beds were comfy, and the staff were very nice.

I only gave a 9 because the pool isn't a pool it's more like a jacuzzi at any other hotel. In a city with this high humidity, where travelers will want to find relief from the heat upon arrival; you need a larger pool. I stayed there because you had a pool only to be disappointed by the size. No one wants to take a dip when 5 people make it a crowd. Also, afternoon nap was interrupted by construction in the building, but it stopped pretty quickly. Repairs are sometimes unavoidable.
