The Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach receives positive reviews for its great location near South Beach's hotspots and its clean and well-appointed rooms. Guests appreciate the friendly and profession (Read More)al staff, with special shout-outs to Andre and Jonathan at the front desk. The hotel offers good value during happy hour and has a nice pool area. Some drawbacks include non-soundproof walls and parking not being complimentary for HHonors Diamond members. Disappointing

Location

Room was promoted as partial sea view, and it was not, there was just a tiny small view but you had to fall from the window. The pictures are lying. You will not get what you see.

Staff was great! Amenities are excellent and overall our stay was very nice, kudos to the concierge that worked yesterday Saturday aug 5th, he was very kind and helped us a lot with our luggage.

It did not bother us that much but they did not refill the amenities like mouthwash, makeup remover wet towels, etc, and they were not enough for 4 people.

amzing location, friendly staff, large rooms, my family and I will return..maybe without the kids ;)

Loved the location. Minutes away from the crazy nightlife, amazing food, and located directly on the beach. I very rarely brag on how wonderful the staff is but I will in this situation. Miami city was experiencing water problems and the sataff bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Extremely polite.

my only complaint.....the pool closes at 7pm. Bummer.

Great location and clean with easy access to beach

Great location, super clean, great gym, staff friendly and helpful, great restaurants with delicious food, easy access to beach and the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas with free cold bottled water every time you ask for it

Parking is expensive 40 per night but its a valet parking
