Poor

High potential but poorly managed.

The location is perfect if you want to relax far from nightlife. The staff in the restaurant is friendly and the breakfast is good. The property has a nice private garden in the back and it is pet friendly.

The room was awfully smelly, in the description was said that the room had a garden view and a balcony, my room had neither. When the stuff came in to clean the room they didnt actually change the bedsheets, they just flipped them to the other side. The rooms are all connected through a door, it isnt soundproof so I could hear all the conversations and loud noises from my neighbors.

It seems like staying at this place is akin to a lottery

As always, I was pleased with the familiar and convenient location, the welcoming demeanour of the night receptionist, and the spaciousness of the room, which was further enhanced by the presence of a comfortable sofa.

It seems like staying at this place is akin to a lottery. Although our last two rooms were enjoyable, the one we received this time was noticeably outdated especially the bathroom, despite its generous size and the convenience of having a sofa for daytime work. The newly hired receptionist requires immediate training, and I'm uncertain about the possibility of him becoming more polite; his current behaviour is unacceptable. This place appears to be a bit of a gamble sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose. Unfortunately, this time, we found ourselves on the losing side. Thankfully, it was only a two-night stay.

Meh.

Location is somehow nice, relatively good price, wide rooms

Stayed in this place for some time. FThere were ants in one of the rooms. Our helmet got taken from the lobby and they did nothing to find them. Also some of our belongings got lost idk. Lady with glasses at the reception is so aggresive

If you have a twin room you have to pay 50 baht/night for a kettle, a double room incudes a kettle. Everything is a little dated.

Getting better since our last visit

The room size for the price The location is not noisy - no loud music from the bars It seems the staff is getting better, but there is a long way to go in terms of training as they should be friendly the first minute you step in, not after a few days.

Water pressure on the 4th floor is a pain for my wife with long hair - I haven't much left so I was ok It seems they spray something around the parking lot, and my car got immensely dirty from a sticky chemical - so be aware if you park there

Comfortable stay

We liked the pool and the restaurant in the garden. The gardens are kept very well too. Room served upon request and water refilled which was a nice little plus

Streets are a little dark / busy traffic to walk down towards the front but no issue with hotel
