Excellent Christmas and New year stay. We booked all the festive dinners which were buffet style but very good.

The buffet was excellent, the food choices were varied and nice and hot. The restaurant staff were very particular keeping all dishes well topped up. There was a chef on the food station preparing freshly cooked meats, eggs etc. The waitresses were also very efficient. For a hotel in this price range I would give the restaurant 10 out of 10. The room was nicely appointed with a good sized balcony. The outside pool was heated. The underground parking was good and not as expensive as some private parking.

There was nothing I didnt like but I would suggest booking a pool view room as they are south facing and overlook the garden. The back of the hotel faces North and overlooks the road which might be noisy at night. It was quiet on our side.

Been going to Hotel Helios (Benidorm) for many years now and they must be doing something right as many of the staff are

Asked for special assistance room and got it no problem.room large for wheelchair user.easy access to the dining room and bar.

Couldnt find anything not to like.

love this hotel, food is really good and rooms very clean, would stay again for sure

the breakfast is lovely , there is something for everyone, had a pool view room and you get the sun all day long on the balcony, rooms are of a decent size and clean.
