Not the first-time customer. Staff are friendly and diligent. Breakfast. This time around, the gym had more machines operational.

Aircon in room 524 was not working properly, safe was faulty, pool was not operational, and not all machines were operational at the gym. Note: I've never had a problem before. This time around, it just didn't work out well.

Weekend Gateaway Ruined.

Cant comment. We didnt actually stay there because there was a fire at the hotel the morning of our arrival. The staff barely spoke proper English. They were all too busy shipping us off to another hotel as compensation as their electricity was cut off.

They downgraded my compensation. I paid for a private pool and a jacuzzi, only to be shipped out to a regular suite. There isnt even a bathtub in my new suite. We couldnt even complain because this suite is still more expensive than the one who had booked, minus all the amenities.

The hotel was acceptable.Very spacious rooms.Staff was pleasent and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety. Room cleanliness 8/10 due to old hotel furnishing.Housekeeping never fail to keep the room very well maintained & clean. Room service f&b was delicious & tasty. Swimming pool was well maintained & they do provide fresh beach towel to borrow. Overall I'm very satisfied with my staycation at Harmoni One Convention Hotel.Will be going there again next time.

As the hotel aged,alot of its furniture aged too.I didn't really like the hotel carpet cause it looks old & worn out.Sometimes the hotel smelt abit but the housekeeping tried putting on some nice fragrances.
