Property was in the center of the malls ,although there isnt any shops is the vicinity,we took grab to move around ,it was like 10 mins to Nagoya mall ,10 mins to Batam center mall etc,

Overall I had a wonderful experience with this hotel
Love the widespread breakfast. Gym was awesome. Swimming pool was okay. Staff was friendly but could be better in communication.
