Very good

Good location and comfortable stay.

Was very clean and the breakfast was better than expected! Friendly staff and very comfortable bed and pillows.

Very noisy people on our floor and floor above. Not the hotels fault but the walls are extremely thin.

Superb

Good accommodations, friendly staff

The breakfast was great; they had a station where you could make your own fresh waffles. The staff was also quite friendly and helpful. Overall, a solid place to stay.

The thermostat didnt work very well. It stayed fairly cold despite our best efforts.

Fitted Sheets are not designed to wrap around mattress. Very poor. They roll off as you sleep/move.

Exceptional

The breakfast was very good,it changed every day. The property was well kept and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The TV was outdated,they need to upgrade to movie channels. What you have now is unacceptable. Sometimes a person uses the hotel as home base between hospital visits and it would be nice to have that to enjoy and if it comes to choosing between a hotel with updated TV and yours the latter wins .

I would say our stay was adequate, but could have been better.

Room was very clean Front desk accommodating and friendly

Our room was located right next to breakfast buffet Room 132 Heard banging of pots/pans etc. starting very early in morning. Breakfast buffet was always messy and dirty. Tables not cleaned. Only 1 employee trying to do it ALL !! 2 people are needed at least on weekends.
