Guests loved their stay at Hampton Inn & Suites San Juan with delicious breakfast and fun poolside happy hour. However, some mentioned the slippery tile around the pool area. The hotel offers clean a (Read More)nd comfortable rooms, friendly and respectful staff, and a great location. Guests enjoyed the free breakfast, 24-hour coffee, and beach amenities provided by the hotel. The pool area, including the jacuzzi, was highly praised. There are restaurants and CVS nearby, and the hotel is close to the airport and beach. Overall, guests were extremely satisfied and would return again.

Superb

Good facility. Good people. Seemed clean. Basically quiet, except airport noises.

Expensive, especially for a Hampton Inn. But, it seems like San Juan is an expensive place.

Excellent Experience despite extra unknown expenses.

I liked it was right in the middle of everything. Beach, Shopping and Restaurants right in walking distance.

Enjoyed the stay as it is center of the city. Very clean and nice staff

Breakfast , pool & private beach in Isla Verde for the hotel. Happy hours in evening

Not a complain. It is noisy at the pool when there is a takeoff or landing at the airport.

Superb

This made the stay in San Juan very comfortable and convenient.

The breakfasst was excellent, the room was comfortable. We stayed in a suite some and their standard rooms some, and the standard room needs more chairs. Happy hour was really nice.
