The Hampton Inn & Suites Omaha-Downtown received mostly positive reviews. Guests praised the cleanliness of the rooms and the good service. The breakfast was also appreciated. What a rip off.

Breakfast

They make you pay for parking 10 dollars for 24 hr parking in the hotel parking lot. If you move your car you lose your parking spot and have to find another place to park on the street. No microwaves in the rooms. Rip off.

Disappointing

Not worth the money

Easy access to downtown.

For $300ish the room was basic and should have been 1/2 the price. The 1st room window was feet away from the street at an intersection. The traffic noise was unacceptable so after a few minutes of entering the room we requested to be moved away from the street side. We were moved up a level but it was above the laundry/utilities room so we could hear loud metal banging throughout the night. We also had to pay additional for parking and the parking lot was under construction so over 1/2 of it was not accessible. I wouldn't recommend or return to this hotel.

Terrible experience will never book again cause we paid upfront and didnt even get a room

Nothing cause we didnt even get to stay here we had to go across the street and took over an hour to get a room

It was already like 11 pm as we just got married and it didnt matter to them they got a hold of next door and took over an hour to even get into a room
