Very good

Overall pleasant.

Great location.

Property of very nice. Disappointed that there was no housekeeping for our 2 night stay. At over 200 a night expect bed to be made up and room cleaned.

Great room. Weak staffing and breakfast.

Great room and very clean.

No staff available at check in and calls not answered for 15 minutes. Seemed very strange and took way too long. We just sat and waited. When the person finally came there was no apology. No management availabile. Breakfast food quality poor. Instant eggs. Too much processed food. Too much plastic waste.

Would definitely not stay here again.

Breakfast was terrible. Location was terrible, on top of Sam's Club and Loew's- view of the parking lot. Difficult turn off from Padonia Road. Room was dark and dingy. HVAC system was outdated. Room was cold.

Location was difficult to access. Few parking spaces. Hardly every anyone at the reception desk. Breakfast was meager and not tasty.

Very pleasant!

Loved everything. Its my 5th (I believe) stay at this hotel in that many years. Want to give special recognition to Bill at the front desk who bent over backwards to fulfill my request for rooms adjoining/near each other. It was not originally done and he was able to put us across the hall from each other and that was great. One minor thing-the shampoo bottle was new and I could not get it to pump. Ok because I had brought some. May want to double check the pumps when the cleaning service does the rooms.

Just that the pump bottles sometimes do not pump.

Very over priced. Breakfast was horrible and of bad quality. One out of 2 elevators was out of service. Ice machine on my floor was out of service. Plastic cups and utensils, paper plates. $300 per room? Fugetabout it!

Very good

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Lots of options to choose from. Staff I interacted with during my stay were both friendly and welcoming. Bill stood out as he went out of his way to make connections with hotel guests to make them feel welcomed.
