Very good

Great hotel for Target Center event

Went to a Timberwolves game and loved that the hotel is connected by skywalk to Target Center. Parking at Hawthorne parking ramp was also great as it is also connected by skywalk. The check in staff was very friendly. The hotel has a little convenience store that came in handy for a late night snack run! King room suite was very spacious and came with sofa, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Felt safe throughout the hotel as you need key access to enter. Front desk staff was super receptive and nice when we called about our tv not working. Overall a good stay. Would stay again.

Had the room next to the gym. Gym is open 6am to midnight. Very loud noises coming through shared wall like basketball dribbling and weights being dropped. Startled us a few times because it was LOUD. There were people working out at 11:30 at night so that was unfortunate while trying to sleep. Its literally the only room on that side of the hallway; maybe they should consider not booking that one out.

Very good location and accommodating staff.

Wonderful front desk staff, business center, housekeeping, and toiletries. Especially grateful for taxi recommendation by hotel staff which greatly enhanced my trip. Also, overall price for accommodation very good.

Would like to have had snacks, such as cookies, available along with coffee and tea.
