Disappointing

Super convenient location - tiny, ultra modern rooms with minimum modern comforts.

They have prepared breakfasts for sale, but not really a designated area to consume it.

No clock, and no microwave in rooms. A few more coat/robe hangers in the room would be nice. Maybe a small shelf in the shower for my razor and toothbrush. Room on the 5th floor - closest (only) Ice machine on the 1st floor. I get it. They have small, sparse rooms and a great location to the Stadium. It's their "thing". But not mine.

Rude staff

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The location was good.

The staff were SO rude! We were there Friday, Nov 10th until Saturday, Nov 11th. Out of the 4 staff members we encountered, ONLY 1 (the night shift at the front desk Friday night) was nice. The bartender was super rude. We felt like we were bothering her. I didn't think it could get worse, but when we checked out the morning of Saturday, November 11, 2023, the staff member at the front desk was rolling her eyes at us and making us wait for her as she cleaned keys. She even gave us someone else's bill printed off. She was rude to everyone there, including someone who called. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Pleasant

We love staying here because it is walking distance to the US Bank Stadium. The room is the perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed is comfy. The temp in the room is always good too. I ordered door dash and they left it at the front desk, a very nice staff member brought it right up to the room.

The front desk staff is where fun goes to die. Checking in was like I was going to prison and not on a nice vacation. Checking out the staff was very short and unfriendly also.

Location, room

Hotel charged me for the room by mistake because they did not see that I already paid for the room via booking so additional communication was needed and it was not that easy because at the time I noticed that, I was already back home. At the end, hotel made a refund and everything was ok.
