Calm and preserved natural environment at busiest city area

Though we paid premium price, they dont offer breakfast while they called themselves as 5 star property. Very wierd

We loved our stay, would recommend for everyone!

The food at the restaurant on site was absolutely delicious, we enjoyed many different things from the menu. The staff and GM were fantastic and very helpful, even making us some off menu pakoras after we asked if anywhere near sold them.

Nothing, the hotel was fantastic!

Jungle park in the heart of Kumily

We took the private cottage with private pool. The park and the staff is very gentle. It's a very calm place in the center of town (kumily) at only few steps from the periyar national park. We add a few problems with the wifi and the staff gave us directly many solutions.

The rooms are very big but maybe too much because without any decoration it's not very cosy. It miss something. One day before our arrival, we add an announce that the main pool is in refection. Anyway we add a good moment

Overall a Good experience but the Management should ensure that the listed items on the Menu Card are available

Location is Perfect, staff was very Friendly and Helpful

The Gardner starts very early and the noise as well as the smell caused by the motor is very disturbing during Breakfast. The Tandoori items on the Menu Card were not available .

Honeymoon decoration on the bed

Cleanliness on my villa plunge pool has not been done since the entire stay of 3nights But at the time of check out the pool water has been recycled which is really unethical Honeymoon villa pool area has no privacy fence and walls around been short

Pleasant stay

This property gives you a feeling of being immersed in the jungle, giving you a relaxing and peaceful stay. The food was tasty and the restaurant staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location is also very good, being in the town of Kumily, close to nearby attractions.

The rooms are outdated and could use a renovation, not just in terms of decoration.

Good different experience.

Location, Serenity, Cleanliness, Warm Welcome with smooth checkin & check out, lot of kids & adults activities in house.

No complmentary breakfast even for high end rooms, buffer rates are super expensive as in Metropolitan 5* property. Should have climate controlled private pool as we booked only for private plunge pool but couldnt use it even once because of its coldness.
