The GreenTree Inn Flagstaff offers great service and clean, comfortable rooms that have been recently updated. The breakfast is good, with tasty breakfast burritos. There may be noise from people wal (Read More)king above if you stay on the first floor. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are clean and modern. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. The front desk staff is helpful, but some rooms facing the highway can be noisy. Overall, it's a great value with good service. The rooms are clean and decent, and the hotel quickly provides extra blankets upon request. The included breakfast had some issues with staffing and food availability, but the front desk provided hot breakfast burritos.

Poor

a disappointment

it looks as if the hotel is in a forest, aligned wirh trees. it is not. it is in a concrete jungle, between two major motorways. outside of jotlel is old, rundown, not well-maintained. inside, rooms are okay, they recently were refurbished

breakfast was awful, they kept running out of everything, breakfast room was too crowded, coffee was awful, burrito and sandwich they make are disgusting.

Very good

Great amount of space, but I didn't sleep well

The Queen Suite was a fantastic size for my family of giants. The location was conveniently located and we were able to stock-up on vacation supplies across the road at Walmart. The facility seemed to be in decent repair. The breakfast burritos were tasty.

The shower took 5 minutes to get warmer than ice cubes. There was a noise that we heard the entire night, sounded like water running into an ice-maker, or similar, that kept me awake all night long. The Continental breakfast items were gone by 730 when breakfast was supposed to be 6-9am.

Superb

Good place, good customer service and affordable prices.

Convenient and close to stores.

The pool area was messy, the rooms needed a bit more attention, specially the shower.

Superb

Clean, convenient and spacious.

I was in Flagstaff for Northern Arizona Universitys graduation. It was an easy one mike walk to campus along a walk/bike trail. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The hotel is near the junction of Interstate 40/17. This hotel was a great value compared to other hotels in the area.

Basic. Clean, but could do better.

The location was perfect for us. The rooms are very basic, but clean.

This is our second stay here and both times we could not adjust the thermostat properly. It would not stay anywhere close to where we had it set. The hot bagel sandwich was inedible. Very hot, but so tough that we could not bite into it. Tried to take out eggs and bacon to eat them on their own and the eggs were like rubber and the bacon was raw. We will look for another place to stay on our next visit.
