    Good facility, especially poor service. Rude staff.
    The property was beautiful and comfortable.
    The staff knocked at our door before the check out time, and she was super rude. She forced us to leave in 3 mins. The service was definitely not worth the price and was definitely not a 4-star.

    Would stay here again.
    The rooms were recently redone and were trendy. The lounge and rec area were very tastefully designed.
    We were unaware we had to reserve a time for the sauna/hot tub. The receptionist could've asked if we'd like to reserve a spot or at least made us aware. My husband said there was a sign. I missed it. I feel like it could've been pointed out better.

    A lovely retro and clean accommodation.
    The style of the hotel and the location.
    Housekeeping was disappointing. The second day our beds werent made up that was not a problem as clean towels were left on the side. However nothing else was done no cups, no coffees, glasses not replaced and etc. The staff were unfriendly and matter of fact.

    Loved the place, would definitely stay again. Staff not great, should have breakfast for the price.
    The hotel's got a really cool design that mixes modern style with coziness, making it super welcoming and fancy. Plus, it's got all sorts of cool stuff like a top-notch higiene amenities, bed linen, minibar offer and so on.
    The staff at the hotel displayed a lack of friendliness and warmth, making us feel unwelcome. Their approach was often curt and unaccommodating, which detracted from the overall experience of the stay.

    Cool boutique hotel with top notch amenities
    Cool and well-curated motel. Room was comfortable and spacious, hype toiletry products. Great bar and cafe areas, cosy vibes especially as it was snowing.

    Comfortable, clean and a great place to stay!
    Every thing was great! The facility was awesome over all. The beds and pillows were so comfy too.
    The kids wanted a heated pool and the kitchen was closed, those would be the only downfalls.
