Clean, comfortable stay.

This is a nice, clean chain hotel. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was good and exactly what you would expect - eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. It is located in an area of other chain hotels and is a safe, easy walk to the downtown area. I would not hesitate to stay again.

My husband and I took a walk and got an ice cream at DQ just a few minutes away and wanted to sit at one of the outside patio tables to enjoy our treats. Unfortunately there was a very rough-looking, loud, obnoxious group (definitely not staying at the hotel) sitting at one of the tables and we didn't feel comfortable sitting there so we went up to our room. I didn't want to complain to the management and I don't know if they would have done anything anyway.

A comfortable hotel in an excellent location

The property seems new. and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub.

We couldnt get the heater to work properly, but we stayed warm enough. It was a minor inconvenience.

Superb

wonderful hotel!

hotel was a last-minute stop and it was a wonderful experience. We were allowed an early check-in. Roo was large for family of 4. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was also plentiful and good. Location was not far to different restaurants and shops

I would come back to this hotel again, the place is very nice and the staff are very helpful.

The breakfast was delicious and I am glad there were a lot of options, My 6 yr old is a picky eater and she had a good amount to choose from. The room is really nice, not too small nor too big, the beds were very comfortable for my little ones and I. I had some issues checking in, it was a long day too. But the staff at the front desk let me check in anyway and told me, that they'll call when they can help me resolve the issue, after checking in. I really appreciated that.

Maybe more towels available in the room. Other than that, there is nothing I see that needs improvement. I was really impressed with the hotel and its welcoming atmosphere.
