Very bad management. Was booked a room 2 days before the date, going there to check in but unfortunately they asked us to find another hotel nearby because they were fully booked. Very disappointed because they were not try to inform us ASAP so we can find another hotel early. They said they were fully booked a day before I make a booking but why I still can book the room if they were fully booked, they also said they didn't have time to call to inform us while they just sit at the receptionist with the unfriendly face.
